Job Summary
Lead daily job site operations for commercial roofing projects, coordinating crews to complete installations and repairs safely and on schedule. Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control, enforce OSHA and company safety standards, and drive production efficiency. Manage communication between field teams, management, and customers while coaching staff on performance and accountability. Requires 2+ years of commercial roofing experience and 1–2 years of leadership experience. Valid driver's license needed for local travel to job sites using a company vehicle. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial roofing experience
- 1–2 years of leadership experience with the ability to lead teams effectively
- Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to work in varied weather conditions
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record
