Job Summary
Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors to support project execution for commercial and industrial roofing initiatives, including GC projects, Patch & Repair work, and TremCare programs. Oversee all phases of assigned projects to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and within budget while interpreting contract specifications and company standards. Monitor progress, resolve operational challenges, and maintain quality control processes adhering to Tremco and WTI standards. Serve as the primary field liaison between subcontractors, customers, owners, and internal stakeholders to facilitate communication and project coordination. Travel throughout the assigned region as necessary to support project and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing commercial and industrial roofing construction projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead field crews and subcontractors while delivering projects on schedule and within budget
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, construction practices, project scheduling, and quality control procedures
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and project-related documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region as required
