Job Summary
Supervise multiple production/service crews and plan jobs for service crews while executing successful commercial roofing projects. Conduct pre-job and post-job inspections, maintain safe job sites, and coordinate daily communications with customers. Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to order roofing materials for projects involving new builds, tear offs, repairs, and maintenance. Operate in all weather conditions year-round with no downtime, requiring a valid state driver's license and 3+ years of supervisory experience. Located in the front range with possible travel, this role offers paid OT, health insurance, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of commercial roofing procedures and safety
- Requires excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
- A valid state driver's license (in good standing)
- 3+ year's supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction
- Experience with commercial roofing systems such: TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Metal, etc
