Job Summary
Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects from planning and budgeting to execution and close-out. Plan, organize, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct site visits to inspect substrates, review contracts and drawings for compliance, and ensure materials are installed with correct adhesives, fasteners, lapping, jointing, and staggering. Monitor job progress, resolve issues proactively, and track material usage, labor costs, and project financials. Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations, manufacturer requirements, and building codes while supporting and mentoring field leaders. Provide regular progress updates to clients and senior management.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of commercial roofing or construction management experience
- Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing systems
- Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and schedules
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
- OSHA 30 certification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, OSHA, and other federal, state, and local standards
- Ability to talk and hear
