Job Summary
Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews daily, coordinating field operations to ensure projects remain on schedule, within quality standards, and compliant with OSHA regulations. Interpret blueprints and specifications, conduct jobsite inspections, and maintain quality control throughout each project. Manage materials, equipment, subcontractors, and manpower while resolving field issues with the Project Manager. Complete daily reports and documentation as required. This hands-on leadership role supports an established commercial roofing contractor in Tulsa, focusing on low-slope systems, sheet metal, and standing seam installations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent
- Strong knowledge of commercial low-slope roofing systems, including: TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up Roofing (BUR)
- Experience with: Sheet Metal, Standing Seam Metal Roofing, Wall Panel Systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
