Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Job Summary
Experienced commercial roofing Superintendent needed to oversee ongoing projects across our South Florida market. Will support division managers, manage projects in CRM, coordinate with general contractors on change orders and schedules, track deadlines, secure warranties, perform material take-offs, and assist with procuring materials. Requires travel within a 3 hour radius of home location, strong multitasking and communication/leadership skills, and hands-on knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, standing seam). EDGE or Bluebeam knowledge is a plus. Travel and safety compliance (OSHA) are essential as projects progress toward on-time, on-budget completion. Work is in-person with responsibilities across multiple crews and job sites.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing
- hands-on knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, standing seam metal)
- proven ability to manage multiple crews and job sites
- strong understanding of safety regulations (OSHA) and enforcing safety standards
- experience reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project plans
- excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate with GCs, project managers, and subcontractors
