Job Summary
Manage multiple commercial roofing projects by overseeing schedules, budgets, order adjustments, and warranty requests to ensure client satisfaction. Order materials, equipment, and labor while scheduling manpower to meet project deadlines and company objectives. Coordinate daily service crew meetings, mobilize teams, and initiate work, then monitor field operations for safety compliance and proper workflow. Facilitate project meetings, final inspections, and client updates regarding production and close-out. Provide training for field crews, document verbal communications with customers, and maintain clean, orderly jobsites through daily production evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- at least two years of experience in commercial or residential roofing
- experience running multiple job crews and scheduling on job sites
- strong attention to detail
