Commercial Roofing Site Supervisor

Lead roofing projects on-site in Cicero, IN and supervise installation crews to ensure timely completion with high quality. Responsible for Quality Assurance and inspections of all work, conducting regular partner meetings, and providing excellent customer service. Manage on-site paperwork, communicate policies and procedures, stay current with safety/OSHA requirements, and coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors. Requires 3+ years of experience in low-slope roofing, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, willingness to learn additional skills, ability to climb ladders 30+ feet, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to adapt to inclement weather and maintain a proactive approach to improving services. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually with benefits including 401(k) match, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and other standard benefits. Schedule is Monday to Friday with weekends as needed.
