Commercial Roofing Service Technician

Job Summary
Investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects in EPDM, PVC, TPO, built-up roofing, modified bitumen, and low-slope metal systems. Remove and install all types of commercial roof systems including BUR, modified bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope metal. Perform roof maintenance and repairs while adhering to job specifications and safety guidelines. Manage commercial roofing crews by completing paperwork, attending meetings, and assisting in training new members. Maintain professional interactions with all customers. Requires 1+ years of experience leading crews, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Local travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers
