Job Summary
Investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects in EPDM, PVC, TPO, built-up roofing, modified bitumen, and low-slope metal systems. Remove and install all types of commercial roof systems including BUR, modified bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope metal. Perform roof maintenance and repairs while adhering to job specifications and safety guidelines. Manage commercial roofing crews by completing paperwork, attending meetings, and assisting in crew training. Maintain professional interactions with all customers. Starting at $22/hr BOE in Jacksonville, FL. Requires 1+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
Required Qualifications
