Job Summary
Investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems including EPDM, PVC, TPO, built-up roofing, and low-slope metal. Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring craftsmanship meets specifications and safety guidelines. Remove and install various roof systems such as BUR, modified bitumen, and slope tile. Maintain professional interactions with clients while completing paperwork and assisting in crew training. This role is based in Williston, VT, with a starting pay of $20+/hr BOE. Candidates must have at least two years of experience leading commercial roofing crews, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly. The position requires working at varying heights and in diverse weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 2+ Years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- A valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
