Job Summary
Investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects in EPDM, PVC, TPO, built-up roofing, and low-slope metal systems. Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Install and repair roofs using BUR, modified bitumen, torch-applied, and other commercial roofing systems. Perform duties in extreme weather conditions while lifting 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling. Work safely on roofs, including climbing ladders up to 60ft. This role offers a pay rate of $26+ BOE for an experienced technician with 5+ years in commercial roofing.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling
- Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
- Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with and ability to perform work on government installations
- Experience working with a tablet
