Job Summary
Conduct commercial roofing work on flat roofs alongside the Service Foreman, performing tasks that include climbing ladders, bending, and operating various roofing tools and techniques. Execute roofing duties according to job specifications while strictly adhering to safety guidelines, requiring comfort with heights and extreme weather conditions. Lift loads exceeding 50 lbs regularly and maintain physical stamina through prolonged standing and walking. Receive onsite training with opportunities to advance as foundational skills are mastered. Maintain a valid driver's license and pass pre-employment background and drug screenings. This role supports JB Roofing's reputation for delivering lasting quality within expected time frames.
Required Qualifications
- Enjoy working on a team outdoors with nature
- Be comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
