Commercial Roofing Service Technician I

Job Summary
Lead the service crew to investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects across EPDM, PVC, TPO, built-up roofing, modified bitumen, and low-slope metal systems. Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring work adheres to job specifications and safety guidelines while maintaining professional interactions with all customers. Oversee crew operations by completing required paperwork, attending meetings, and assisting in training new members. Maintain inventory and submit daily reports. Requires a valid driver's license, 2+ years leading crews, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and work at varying heights in diverse weather conditions. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers

- Technology savvy
