Commercial Roofing Service Technician 1

Lead the service crew by investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in EPDM, PVC, TPO, built-up roofing, modified bitumen, and low-slope metal systems. Manage projects from start to finish while ensuring work adheres to job specifications and safety guidelines. Maintain professional interactions with all customers and oversee crew operations, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings, and assisting in training new members. Must be at least 18 years old with 2+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus. Starting pay is $23+/hour with medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
