Job Summary
Investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects in EPDM, PVC, TPO, built-up roofing, modified bitumen, and low-slope metal systems. Remove and install all types of commercial roof systems including BUR, modified bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope metal. Perform roof maintenance and repairs while adhering to job specifications and safety guidelines. Manage commercial roofing crews by completing required paperwork, attending meetings, and assisting in training new members. Maintain professional interactions with all customers. Based in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK, this role requires at least one year of experience leading crews, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Candidates must work at varying heights and during various weather conditions while demonstrating initiative, integrity, and adaptability. Technology savviness and strong communication skills are essential for success in this full-service commercial roofing environment.
