Job Summary
Lead the service crew by investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in EPDM, PVC, TPO, built-up roofing, modified bitumen, and low-slope metal systems. Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring work aligns with job specifications and safety guidelines while maintaining professional customer interactions. Complete required paperwork, attend meetings, and assist in training new crew members. Must be at least 18 years old with 2+ years leading crews, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
