Job Summary
Commercial Roofing Service Technician / Helper to assist with roof repairs, maintenance, and leak investigations on a variety of commercial roofing systems. Support lead technicians with daily service activities, remove and install roofing materials (insulation, membranes, flashings, and metal components), perform work per manufacturer specifications and OSHA requirements, maintain professionalism with customers and property managers, keep tools and equipment organized, and travel to Houston-area job sites. Requires at least 1 year of roofing/construction experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to operate hand and power tools, comfort working outdoors in varying weather, and the physical capability to lift and climb. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of roofing, construction, or related field experience
