Commercial Roofing Service Sales

Service Salesmen are responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a client base for the commercial repair division. Develop new and manage existing accounts in the customer base; meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals; promote services using Salesforce CRM; perform roofing system condition estimates; coordinate trade shows and marketing events to increase market share; create leads through cold calling, referrals, service hand-off, and networking; prepare proposals and manage the sales pipeline; support operations and receivable duties as directed by management; maintain constant communication with customers. Required: High School diploma (college preferred), 1 year of related sales experience, fluent English, valid driver's license; proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, Salesforce is a plus; ability to identify roofing system needs and communicate effectively with clients and team; strong written and verbal communication and an energetic, professional attitude.
