Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Commercial Roofing Experience Required
- Previous Service Management Experience Strongly Preferred
- Experience with Service Sales, Estimating, and Project Management
- Strong Knowledge of Commercial Roofing Systems Including TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and Metal Roofing
- Proven Ability to Develop Customer Relationships and Grow Service Revenue
- Experience Leading and Managing Field and Office Personnel
- Strong Communication, Organizational, and Leadership Skills
- Financial Acumen with Understanding of Job Costing and Departmental Profitability
- Self-Motivated, Growth-Oriented, and Customer-Focused
