Job Summary
Lead and oversee all aspects of commercial roofing service operations in the Marietta market, including maintenance, repair, emergency service, and project execution; develop client relationships with building owners, property managers, and contractors; generate estimates and proposals; manage budgets, profitability, and service revenue growth; recruit, train, and develop service personnel; ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving operational efficiency and cross-department collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, roofing service, or related construction industry
- Proven experience managing service operations, estimating, project oversight, and client relationships
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, repairs, maintenance programs, and industry standards
- Demonstrated leadership experience with ability to motivate, develop, and manage teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational performance metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred
