Job Summary
Drive operations by calling on customers to build a strong base, estimating service projects, and managing labor hours and materials. Oversee document flow including estimates, inspections, scopes, and invoices while scheduling crews and reviewing daily schedules. Handle day-to-day business by answering phones, emails, and meeting with owners, property managers, and contractors to inspect completed work and pursue new opportunities. Develop sales plans, manage accounts receivable, and issue proposals. Requires three years of roofing experience, sales ability, blueprint reading, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
