Job Summary
Investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects in EPDM, PVC, TPO, built-up roofing, and low-slope metal systems. Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, including removal and installation of BUR, modified bitumen, and slope tiles. Maintain professional interactions with all customers, complete required paperwork, attend meetings, and assist in training crew members. Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines while adhering to varying weather conditions and heights. Starting at $30 plus based on experience; Se habla Español.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 5+ years experience working on commercial roofing systems
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers
