Job Summary
Outdoor roofing helper working with the Service Foreman on a flat roof; you’ll climb ladders, bend, and use various roofing techniques and tools. Training is onsite with opportunities to advance as you master the basics. Must be comfortable with heights, weather, and lifting 50+ lbs; driven to work safely and as part of a team. Prior roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required; valid driver’s license preferred and background/drug screen required. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be comfortable with heights and on a roof
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Enjoy working on a team outdoors with nature
- Be comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
- Perform roofing work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
