Job Summary
Work outdoors on flat roofs with a Service Foreman, performing tasks that include climbing ladders, bending, and applying various roofing techniques and tools. You will be trained onsite to master the basics, with opportunities to advance as you gain proficiency. Maintain safety guidelines and job specifications while operating in field environments with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature extremes. The role requires lifting 50+ lbs regularly and comfort with heights. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, and a valid driver's license is preferred. This position is available year-round in Lisle, IL, with pay starting at $21+ BOE. Required Qualifications
- Enjoy working on a team outdoors with nature
- Be comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
- Must be comfortable with heights and being on a roof
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Valid drivers license is preferred
- Knowledge of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
- Past residential and/or commercial roofing or construction experience
