Job Summary
Work outdoors on a flat roof with a Service Foreman, climbing ladders, bending, and applying various roofing techniques and tools. Perform roofing tasks according to job specifications while strictly adhering to safety guidelines. You will be trained onsite with opportunities to advance as you master the basics, though prior knowledge of roof systems is not required. This role involves working in extreme weather conditions, lifting 50+ lbs regularly, and being comfortable with heights. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license (preferred), and pass background and drug screenings.
Required Qualifications
- Enjoy working on a team outdoors with nature
- Be comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
- Repeated bending, climbing ladders, and kneeling
- Must be comfortable with heights and being on a roof
- Perform roofing work in accordance with job specifications and adhering to safety guidelines
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- Knowledge of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
- Past residential and/or commercial roofing or construction experience
