Job Summary
Experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to inspect roofs, diagnose leaks, estimate repair needs, and lead small repair crews on a variety of commercial roofing systems. Responsibilities include inspecting roofs and maintaining warranty requirements, performing leak investigations and repairs, training and supervising crew members, completing repairs on diverse roofing systems, maintaining records for labor and materials, communicating with customers and vendors, ensuring OSHA-compliant safety practices, utilizing company software for reporting, and representing the company professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial roofing experience required
- Knowledge of low-slope commercial roofing systems including: TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up Roofing (BUR), Roof Coatings
- Ability to identify and resolve field application and roofing system issues
- Experience leading and training crew members
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
- Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record
- Ability to travel locally as needed
