Job Summary
Lead commercial roofing crews in Milwaukee, overseeing removal, installation and replacement of BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope roofs; manage roofing projects from start to finish while ensuring craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising crew members, handling required paperwork, attending meetings, assisting in training, tracking inventory, and filing daily reports. Requirements include 3-5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews, experience with multiple roof systems, a valid driver’s license, ability to climb ladders and lift 50+ pounds, tolerance for height and weather, and ability to pass preemployment screening. Local travel and field work in a physically demanding environment are expected.
