Job Summary
Lead the service crew by investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in EPDM, PVC, TPO, and low slope metal systems. Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, overseeing removal and installation of all roof types while maintaining professional interactions with customers. Ensure all work adheres to job specifications and safety guidelines, including completing required paperwork and assisting in crew training. Manage the team through meetings and daily operations. Starting pay rate of $27-32/hr with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match. Requires 5+ years of experience leading crews, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50+ pounds. Local travel up to one hour away.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 5+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers
- Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability
- Technology savvy
- Travel: Local; up to 1 hours away
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual is a plus
- Sheet metal experience preferred
