Job Summary
Lead the service crew by investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in EPDM, PVC, TPO, built-up roofing, modified bitumen, and low slope metal systems. Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, overseeing removal and installation of all roof types while ensuring work meets job specifications and safety guidelines. Maintain professional interactions with all customers and handle required paperwork and crew training. Travel required; pay starts at $28/hr BOE.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers
- Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability
- Technology savvy
- Travel: Required
