Job Summary
Lead commercial roofing crews in the installation, removal, and replacement of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope. Manage projects from start to finish, overseeing roof maintenance, repairs, and inventory tracking while ensuring work meets specifications and safety guidelines. Maintain professional interactions with customers, complete required paperwork, attend meetings, and assist in crew training. Must possess 3-5 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and the physical ability to climb, lift 50+ pounds, and work in varying weather conditions. Located in Milwaukee, WI, this role requires initiative, integrity, and adaptability within a field environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Must be able to pass preemployment screening
