Job Summary
Lead the service crew in investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects across EPDM, PVC, TPO, and built-up roofing systems. Perform maintenance and service repairs, including installing and repairing sheet metal details and flashing MEP penetrations like RTU curbs and pipes. Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades while communicating with customers, tenants, and office staff. Document work by taking photos and submitting clear job information, then report labor, materials, and progress to minimize waste and cost. Follow all safety rules, ensure crew safety, and work without constant supervision. Some overtime, weekend, or evening work may be required.
