Job Summary
Lead the commercial roofing crew as Foreman on projects in Mooresville, NC. Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, directing the crew in all aspects of the assignment, ensuring safety, quality, and production procedures, and performing roofing material installation and repair (EPDM/TPO/PVC). Conduct site pre-inspections and post-work roof inspections, ensure proper PPE usage, and coordinate setup for efficiency and safety. Perform demolition/tear-off of existing roofing systems, operate hand and power tools, and maintain adherence to safety policies. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, work in extreme weather, and communicate objectives clearly. Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
