Job Summary
Lead/Foreman for commercial roofing projects, overseeing and performing work on a variety of roof systems (built-up, single-ply, foam, coatings, tile, shingle, metal). Manage crews, schedule, and progress on jobsites to manufacturer specifications while ensuring safety and quality. Responsible for directing and coordinating crew activities, enforcing timelines, communicating progress to the superintendent, identifying and resolving issues on different roofing systems, and completing reports and records.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state driver''s license in good standing (required)
- Ability to pass post-offer physical fitness test and safety test (required)
- English (Required)
- Spanish (Optional)
- Experience: 3-5 years as a commercial roofing experience
- Experience with multiple roof systems (built-up, single-ply, foam, coatings, tile, shingle, metal)
- Ability to manage crew and jobsites
- Maintain safety and adherence to plans and codes
