Commercial Roofing Service Foreman

Job Summary
Lead and manage service crews performing repairs, maintenance, inspections, and small reroof projects while coordinating daily activities, crew assignments, and equipment. Diagnose roofing issues through leak investigations and complete service repairs on built-up, single-ply, and sheet metal systems. Serve as the primary customer contact during visits, document work with photos and daily reports, and enforce OSHA regulations. Train and mentor technicians while identifying additional service opportunities. Full-time Monday through Friday role with overtime, evenings, and weekend availability; travel throughout Southern Minnesota required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and lead others effectively
- Ability to climb ladders and navigate roof surfaces
- Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds
- Regular communication, including talking and hearing
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Overtime, evenings, and weekend work may be required
- Travel throughout the service area is required
