Commercial Roofing Service Foreman

Job Summary
Lead and manage service crews executing repairs, maintenance, leak investigations, and small reroof projects across Southern Minnesota. Plan daily activities, coordinate materials and equipment, and perform roof leak diagnoses on built-up, single-ply, and sheet metal systems. Serve as the primary customer contact, document work with photos and reports, and enforce OSHA safety regulations while training and mentoring technicians. Identify customer needs for additional service opportunities and manage tools efficiently. Full-time Monday through Friday role with overtime, evenings, and weekend availability; travel throughout the service area is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and lead others effectively
- Ability to climb ladders and navigate roof surfaces
- Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds
- Regular communication, including talking and hearing
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Overtime, evenings, and weekend work may be required
- Travel throughout the service area is required
