The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, and delivering high-quality roofing solutions across a variety of systems.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial roofing experience required
- Strong knowledge of low-slope roofing systems including: TPO, EPDM, PVC, Built-Up Roofing (BUR), Modified Bitumen, Roof Coatings
- Previous experience leading and training crew members
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve roofing-related field issues
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
- Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record
- Ability to travel locally throughout the service area
