Job Summary
Commercial Roofing Service Foreman leading a small field crew in the Oklahoma City market. Responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial roofing systems across EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and Modified Bitumen; performing routine roof inspections; diagnosing and repairing leaks; providing accurate estimates for small-scope repairs; training and supervising helper(s); maintaining records of time and materials; communicating with customers and internal teams; ensuring work complies with OSHA safety standards. Requires extensive commercial roofing experience, leadership ability, strong troubleshooting, reliable daily reporting, and effective communication. Valid driver’s license and local travel ability required; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Required Qualifications
- Commercial roofing experience (BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, coatings, and other low-slope systems)
- Proven ability to lead and develop small field teams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in field applications
- Ability to complete daily reporting and documentation
- Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers
- Willingness to learn and utilize company software systems
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
- Ability to travel locally as needed
