Job Summary
Produce project estimates for commercial roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal service projects by reviewing plans, securing vendor pricing, and developing competitive bid proposals. Manage awarded contracts from pre-construction through closeout, monitoring schedules, labor utilization, and cost performance while reviewing scopes and contracts for policy alignment. Track submitted bids, negotiate final offers, and maintain documentation including change orders and submittals. Lead multiple service projects concurrently to ensure timely, cost-effective completion. Requires three years of commercial roofing estimating experience, valid driver's license, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of commercial roofing estimating experience
- Knowledge of various roof manufacturers' system requirements and assemblies
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to clearly convey concepts, assumptions, and thought patterns used to develop specific estimates and bid letters
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment Background Check, Drug Test and be E-Verified
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree a plus
- Prior Project Management experience a plus, but not required
