Job Summary
Outdoor, entry-level Commercial Roofing Service Assistant role assisting the Service Foreman on flat roofs; responsibilities include ladder work, bending, lifting 50+ lbs, and applying various roofing techniques with guidance onsite. Training provided with opportunities to advance; requires comfort with heights, ability to work in extreme weather, and teamwork in a field environment. Spanish language ability noted in posting. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Must be comfortable with heights and being on a roof
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Enjoy working outdoors in a team
- Knowledge of roof systems helpful (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC) but not required
