Job Summary
Climb ladders, bend, and work with various roofing techniques and tools on flat roofs alongside a Service Foreman. Perform roofing work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines while lifting 50+ lbs regularly. Master onsite training to advance skills in low slope commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, and PVC. This role requires comfort with heights, extreme weather, and outdoor team environments. Candidates must be at least 18, hold a valid driver's license, and pass background and drug screens. Starting pay is $18+/hr with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Enjoy working on a team outdoors with nature
- Be comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
- Must be comfortable with heights and being on a roof
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen
- Valid drivers license
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
- Past residential and/or commercial roofing or construction experience
