Responsibilities include adhering to Best Roofing Fundamentals, completing assigned tasks, understanding product specifications, and providing exceptional customer service. Key skills include the ability to work at heights, climb ladders, lift materials, and follow safety procedures. Learning new techniques such as torching and heat welding is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work at heights on flat and inclined surfaces year-round in Florida weather required
- Ability to climb ladders and set up work requirements in a safe manner required
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions required
- Ability to lift material, tools, and equipment constantly throughout the day required
- Willingness to learn torching and heat welding roof material
