Commercial Roofing Sales Representative responsible for developing and growing a national pipeline of six-figure reroofing, repair, and long-term maintenance projects in a true B2B, consultative sales environment. Targets include commercial property managers, facility directors, asset managers, REITs, and ownership groups nationwide. Roles include prospecting via cold outreach and networking, conducting site visits, collaborating with operations to scope reroof/repair projects, negotiating contracts, and closing deals while maintaining long-term client partnerships. Must demonstrate success in B2B sales within relevant construction-adjacent industries, ability to manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, and willingness to travel from the DFW area.
