Job Summary
Commercial Roofing Sales Representative responsible for developing and managing relationships with property managers, HOAs, and commercial associations in the Metro Atlanta market. Focus areas include generating new business opportunities, attending networking events, delivering proposals and roofing system recommendations, conducting onsite visits (up to 50% travel), and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Requires leveraging CRM for activity tracking, pipeline management, and client interactions, with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) and local travel throughout the Atlanta area to support growth and leadership opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience selling within the commercial roofing industry (multifamily, HOA, or commercial segments)
- Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management
- Experience selling to property managers, HOAs, or commercial associations
- Demonstrated ability to manage and close a sales pipeline
- Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and applications (e.g., shingles, membrane, metal, flat roofing systems)
- Experience using a CRM system to manage sales activity
- Ability to travel locally within the Metro Atlanta area
- Candidates should reside within commuting distance of the Atlanta market
