Job Summary
Develop and close B2B commercial roofing deals in the Twin Cities West Metro area by generating opportunities through scouting, door knocking, networking, and preset appointments. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, deliver compelling sales presentations, and use CRM tools to track pipeline, follow up, and drive opportunities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s roofing products and industry trends to support sales initiatives and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial roofing sales experience
- Experience self-generating leads
- Familiarity with estimating
