Job Summary
Identify leads and acquire new business for commercial roofing; manage prospects, conduct product demonstrations, and develop territory revenue through B2B sales strategies; build and maintain client relationships, upsell opportunities, and leverage CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to track KPIs, manage customer information, and generate reports. Requires 2+ years of B2B roofing sales, knowledge of low and steep slope systems (Single Ply, Mod Bit, Shingle, Tile, Metal), strong presentation/negotiation/closing skills, ability to work independently, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Benefits include medical/dental/vision/life, 401K with match, PTO, holidays, and a vehicle allowance with a base salary of $80,000-$100,000 plus 5-10% commission.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B commercial roofing sales experience
- Familiarity with both low slope and steep slope roofing systems: Single Ply, Mod Bit, Shingle, Tile, Metal
- Ability to nurture and grow existing client base
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Excellent time management skills
