Job Summary
Lead commercial roofing projects to ensure safe, on-time completion and budgeted profit; provide initial client contact to assess scope, procure materials/equipment, assign resources, and supervise craft employees and subcontractors; manage all construction activities from start to finish, including estimating, submittals, RFIs, and change orders; enforce safety programs and site safety procedures; read blueprints and specifications; communicate with customers and the sales team to align requirements with schedule and budget; develop schedules, monitor progress, and prepare management/client reports; require strong leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to learn new software (CRM preferred).
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of a variety of commercial roofing systems
- Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and regulations
- Current and valid driver’s license
