Job Summary
Commercial Roofing Project Manager leading critical Gulf Coast projects in Mobile, AL. Responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget and scope; develop detailed project plans; manage third-party vendors; lead project team members; ensure client follow-up and retention. Requires 5+ years in commercial roofing, strong knowledge of building construction from pre-construction through closeout, excellent time management, and extensive cost controls. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
