Job Summary
Lead and own commercial roofing projects from post-estimator handoff to closeout. Responsible for reviewing contracts, scopes, and requirements; developing execution plans and schedules; managing roof replacement, service, maintenance, and new construction; monitoring budgets, forecasting costs, change orders, and ECAC; tracking labor, materials, and profitability; coordinating labor, equipment, vendors, and subcontractors; and ensuring safe, on-time, within-budget delivery with clear customer communication.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a commercial roofing project management role
- Strong understanding of commercial roof installation practices and sequencing
- Experience managing projects from estimator handoff through closeout
- Knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal Roofing, and related commercial roofing systems
- Experience managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, change orders, WIP reporting, and ECAC management
- Ability to identify project risks early and implement corrective actions before they impact schedule or profitability
- Strong communication skills with customers, field leadership, vendors, and executive management
