Oversee commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through completion with a focus on low slope systems; review plans and specifications, prepare submittals and RFIs, lead field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers; manage schedules, budgets, and safety programs; ensure quality, profitability, and client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing commercial roofing projects, specifically low slope systems
- Strong knowledge of all major low slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR)
- Demonstrated experience leading crews and driving production in the field
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Experience handling submittals, project documentation, and job tracking
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
